Passion for Interaction

I don’t just design websites and play around with sounds; I craft meaningful interactions with a focus on enchancing the level connection users can expereince with digital artefacts.

Combining education in sound, web and user experience design with a well-seasoned career dealing with everyday people (the average user), I aim to enchance the interactibility and user experience of any given product whilst staying honed to the brands identity & user values.

Music, Art, Manchester

My environment from day 1 was filled with music, technology, art and Manchester. Exposure to these spawned a love for technology and all things expressive, wild and unique. I’m a sucker for anything with depth and substance, anything that’s spawned from raw emotions. I’ve always enjoyed an intuitive and interactive experience, they stick in your memory bank and allow for pleasurable engagement with technology.

I’ve been lucky enough to travel to a fair few places; Egypt, Vietnam, Cuba to name some remote ones! Interacting with people from all these backgrounds has instilled a desire to craft things that can be used globally, truly tapping into our natural emotions as human beings.

A Research-based Approach

My process is underlined by research and insight forcasts by sites such as financial times, new york times, wgsn, showing that users value and remember an interactive and playful experience more than a standard website. My personal challenge is to always create cohesion between sound, web, user experience and interaction design, to please both client and user.
